This Return & Refund Policy explains the return and refund standards that apply to eligible purchases made through Lipodew.

1. 30-Calendar-Day Return Window
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the requirements described in this policy and applicable law.
The 30-calendar-day return period begins on the date the order is recorded as delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.
To qualify for a standard return, products should generally be:
- Unused;
- In their original condition;
- In their original packaging;
- Complete with all included accessories, components, manuals, or promotional items;
- Accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
Products that do not meet the applicable return requirements may not qualify for a refund, except where the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or where applicable law provides additional rights.
2. Product Condition Requirements

If we confirm that the issue was caused by a product defect, shipping damage, incorrect fulfillment, or an error attributable to Lipodew or our fulfillment partners, we will provide an appropriate resolution.
Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include a replacement, refund, or another remedy required under applicable law.

Please do not send any product back before receiving return instructions from Lipodew Customer Support.
If your return request is approved, we will provide:

6. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If a return is required because:

- The wrong product was sent;
- The issue resulted from an error attributable to Lipodew or our fulfillment process;
Lipodew will provide appropriate return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
Standard Returns
For eligible returns due to reasons such as:

- Ordering the wrong product;
- No longer wanting the product;
- Personal preference;
the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
7. Return Inspection
Returned products will be reviewed after they arrive at the designated return location.

8. Refund Processing
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, Lipodew will process the approved refund within 5–10 business days.

After the refund has been processed, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
Processing times controlled by financial institutions or payment providers are outside Lipodew's control.
9. Refund Amounts
